Meeting of the partners of the Erasmus + Programme Breakthrough for Resilience: People, Places and Communities

Between May 2 – 6, 2022, the Society of Social Psychiatry P. Sakellaropoulos of the Fokida Prefecture, as a partner of the European Programme Erasmus + Breakthrough for Resilience: People, Places and Communities, welcomed the European Partners from the United Kingdom, Sweden and Italy in the area of Amfissa, Greece.

The aim of the meeting was to present an overview of the activities of the Programme so far, as well as to present short videos on the topic of “Resilience”, presenting methods / tools aimed at enhancing Mental Empowerment and Resilience, which we use in our daily work.

As part of the programme, the European Partners got acquainted with the Prefecture of Fokida, through visits and guided tours in the cities: Amfissa, Delphi, Itea, Galaxidi.

A visit was also made to the field where the residents at the units of the SSP P. Sakellaropoulos work every day and information was given regarding the “Permind” cultivation methodology, which is implemented through the Pre & Vocational Training Programme in cultivating the land.

On May 4th, 2022, a meeting/event was held, attended by the representatives of the partners participating in the Programme, the residents of the Amfissa Psychosocial Rehabilitation Units, the executives from the Company’s Central Administration Offices and the employees of the SSP P. Sakellaropoulos at the Prefecture of Fokida. On Friday, May 5th, 2022, the programme of the visit was concluded with a tour of the Invisible Routes of Athens.Over the next period, other similar meetings and actions will be organised.For more information, please visit the project’s website: http://resilienceproject.eu/
